Educational Visit Risk Assessment

Educational Visits are meant to be enjoyable, but experience has shown that school staff do not have a great  deal of time to deal with the health and safety documentation and bureaucracy involved with planning a visit.  At H&S Consultants (UK) Ltd we appreciate that school staff will automatically care about the safety and welfare of those attending educational visits, however, we fully appreciate that the staff may need some assistance with the health and safety procedures.

We have a database of Educational Risk Assessments available for our clients that cover all manner of educational visits.  We can make these risk assessments available to your school.  We will also ensure that your school is provided with a sound Educational Visits Policy, which deals with roles and responsibilities, as well as the planning and implementation of the processes needed to ensure a safe event.

H&S Consultants (UK) Ltd will also liaise with potential service providers for you in order to identify what safety measures are already in place for your visit, which may save your staff a lot of unnecessary time. 

When requested, we can help your school with the review of Educational Risk Assessments, thus ensuring that the staff involved with the trip are fully aware of the hazards involved, control measures needed and also the true level of risk involved with any set activities.
